Four by Four NIM

Similar to Traditional NIM, two players alternate turns picking up tiles.  The objective is still to be the player to pick up the last tile. What is different is the arrangement of the tiles at the beginning of the game.  Tiles are arranged into a 4×4 grid, like so…

For this game players are allowed to take as many tiles as they wish from any one row or column.  However, when picking up two or more tiles at once, all the tiles must be adjacent to each other in the same row or column without any gaps (previously picked up tiles) in between them.  The player who picks up the last tile in the grid is the winner.
