How can I do something for the first time in my classroom and be bad at it if I am also supposed to be an expert???<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Here is my thought for the week&#8230;as trivial as it may be: We need to see ourselves as expert LEARNERS of new things.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">\u201cBad\u201d is momentary.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Call your MCOE Math coordinator. Invite him or her into your room to support you as you try something new.
